Here is the process to rent a Tenant Success home:

• Step 1: Drive by the property and see if you like its location and neighborhood
• Step 2: Schedule a showing. Email us your name, phone number, current address and copy of your driver’s license or driver’s license number, and we will then schedule a showing that fits your days and times.
• Step 3:  Visit the property – inside and out
• Step 4:  Complete our online application and include the $30 application fee
• Step 5:  Upon approval, you will have 48 hours to sign the lease and submit a $300 holding fee (this can be applied toward the security deposit when you move in)
• Step 6:  To move in, you will then pay the security deposit and 1 month’s full rent (if there is a pro-rated amount, it will be on the second month).
